

I should add that the headset works fine.


Is anyone else having this issue and know of a way to fix it? I've seen a few other posts regarding this same issue dating all the way back to 2016, but so far I haven't seen any solution that seems to work in my case, unless there's something I missed that I haven't tried yet. I'm not sure what possibly changed, but my guess is it's some sort of power management setting. I did not have this error at all before updating my BIOS to support a 3000-series Ryzen CPU. I've tried removing and reinstalling drivers, unplugging and replugging the USB from the headset, etc. This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. I'll hear the telltale USB device connection sound, then this error pops up in Device Manager. I recently began encountering this issue when booting up my PC.
